MATCHA TEA

This latest health craze is 10 time more potent than Green Tea. To lock in chlorophyll, the tea plant is sheltered from the sun for 20 days before plucking. During this shaded growth, the plant produces more theanine (an amino acid exclusive to teas) and caffeine, which lend the drink its health benefits. The leaves are then ground, steamed and dried into a powder form.

RED WINE

Helps fight skin ageing. Red wine also has antiseptic and anti-bacterial properties and can help fight acne breakouts. Applying red wine topically on your face can also clear pores and prevent acne.

COFFEE

Your morning coffee, when in moderation is a rich source of antioxidants that protect our skin against free radicals that damage and age us. The caffeine stimulates the skin and improves blood flow to the face, which is perfect for healthy cell turnover that makes us look radiant and bright. Coffee also helps reverse the damage of UV rays! So a coffee mask may be in order if you have sun damaged skin.

ALMOND MILK

Almond milk is especially beneficial for skin, hair, and nails. The food is rich in vitamin E, besides others, which is required for protecting skin against damage from the harsh rays of the sun. Vitamin E can help trap free radicals that may result in cancer.

WATER

The ultimate beauty drink, water helps maintain the balance of body fluids whose include digestion, absorption, circulation, a creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.
Drinking at least 8 glasses a day will help rid the body and skin of toxins.

GREEN TEA

Drinking and applying green tea fights skin cancer by promoting DNA repair. Green tea contains a powerful antioxidant called EGCG that fights DNA damage from UV rays to prevent skin cancer. It is also a potent anti-aging ingredient that combats signs of aging when ingested or applied topically.

COCONUT WATER

A natural hydrator, it moisturises the skin leaving it feeling soft and fresh, removing spots, wrinkles, and lines. Coconut water is packed with cytokines, which help your cells grow faster; and with Vitamin C, which helps reduce pigmentation. 2-3 glasses of coconut water on a daily basis can soothe your eczema and even help reduce it. Coconut water is known for removing mild sun tan.
